At home, we encourage children to read, practise their spellings and times tables. We also encourage children to write, and to write freely. We welcome children sharing their writing that they have done at home, including stories, poems and informative reports on a whole range of topics.

We live in a wonderful part of the world with fantastic adventurous activities right on our doorstep so we also encourage time spent outdoors, in nature, exploring the beautiful world in which we live.
